First of All, What IS My Soul?

Maybe you’ve noticed, Blog-Buddies. Folks can mean all sorts of things when they refer to “my soul.”

When you ask questions below, take “my soul” to mean whatever you like. Whatever you’re used to having it mean.

However, I mean something very specific by “soul.” As a matter of fact, as an Enlightenment Teacher, I aim to give quality answers to your questions: Answers with a high truth value. Answers that can really help you.

For that reason, in our main post I’ll share definitions…

Yes, definitions plural!
Definitions that may really surprise you.
And might help you a lot, right away.

Following that, I’ll tell you about a handful of practical ways to help your soul thrive. Then, bring on your questions, Blog-Buddies. My hunch is, our Q&A is going to be fascinating. And useful to you.

First Things First, Though.

What Is My Soul? Answer 1: Eternal Soul

Ever hear, from studying physics, that matter can never be created or destroyed? In a way your soul is like that.

Since you’re alive now, as a human, you already have a soul. Already created, and truly indestructible. Also:

Unique in all creation.
Unduplicated, no matter how many other billions of souls stride this earth, walking on two legs.
Sooooooooo loveable, talented, spiritually gorgeous.

This unique soul of yours was created by God. (Or whatever you prefer to call “God”).

According to Coletta Long, Ph.D., whom I consider the greatest teacher ever about past-life regression: “You’ll always be in some kind of body somewhere.” Yep, that’s your soul: eternal for keeps.

What Is My Soul? Answer 2: Living Here on Earth,

For practical purposes, your soul means your Soul Expression for this Lifetime.

You’ve incarnated here on Earth, with a flesh-and-blood body. Thus, you’ve got what believers in reincarnation might call “Your Earth Personality” this time around. Each incarnation you have a UNIQUE soul expression.

Even if you don’t believe in reincarnation, doesn’t this make sense? That physical body of yours ain’t gonna last forever.

Still, if you think about learning at Earth School, hello! Of course you’d have one physical body, plus mind and spirit, plus talents, plus karma that you’re gonna be paying off.

Much of this individuality of yours was set up in your Life Contract. Namely, the contract YOU signed before this lifetime began. But details in that Life Contract are just the beginning.

My fellow humans: Free will is really the name of the game here on earth.

To honor your soul expression, what’s the single most important thing you can do every day?

At a minimum, take one 10-minute period to do some form of creativity, such as:

Music, in some way
Arts & crafts, in some way
Writing, in some way

You get the idea. Probably you’ll find that two short periods daily work even better than one. You’ll be expressing your soul, which perks up your entire aura.
